پروژه‌های آزادکاری Freelance Projects

این مدت را صرف مطالعه و توسعه‌ی رسانه‌های متعددی با موضوعات و مخاطبین هدف مختلف کردم تا بازخوردها و روش‌های رشد و ابزارهای مختلف تجارت آنلاین را ارزیابی کنم. از رسانه‌هایی بر بستر اینستاگرام گرفته تا یوتیوب و وبسایت. از موضوعات سرگرم‌کننده گرفته تا فروش محصولات افیلیت. در این دوره، تجربیات ارزشمندی درباره‌ی مارکتینگ، فروش، تاثیرگذاری در بازار و ابزارهای مرتبط کسب کردم. Dedicated this period to studying and developing various media channels with distinct target audiences to evaluate online commerce tools and growth mechanics. This spanned media across Instagram, YouTube, and independent websites, running projects from entertainment content to affiliate marketing. This phase brought invaluable insights into marketing, sales, brand influence, and related tools.

در طول فعالیت در این شرکت تجاری، تجارب بسیار ارزشمندی کسب کردم. زیرا در کنار انجام فعالیت‌های مربوط به کامپیوتر، شبکه، وبسایت و اتوماسیون، با محیط‌های تجاری در سطح بین‌المللی و شیوه‌ی انجام تبلیغات و تبادلات تجاری در این سطح نیز آشنا شدم. Acquired highly valuable experiences during my tenure at this trading firm. Alongside managing tasks related to IT infrastructure, networking, websites, and automation, I gained close familiarity with international commercial environments, as well as global advertising and trade exchanges.

پس از پایان خدمت سربازی، به عنوان تکنسین کامپیوتر و کارمند ﻓﺮوش در یک شرکت فنی‌مهندسی مشغول به کار شدم. در طول فعالیت در این شرکت، با طریقه‌ی فعالیت در محیط‌های فنی و تجاری و نیازهای بازار آشنا شدم. از تجربیانی که در این دوره کسب کردم، میتوان به تعمیرات نرم‌افزاری و سخت‌افزاری کامپیوتر، آشنایی با سیستم‌های امنیتی و نظارتی، توسعه‌ی وبسایت فروشگاهی و تبلیغات آنلاین و پیاده‌سازی نرم‌افزارهای اتوماسیون در کسب و کارها نام برد. Following my military service, I worked as a computer technician and sales associate at a technical-engineering firm. This allowed me to deeply understand market needs and technical business environments. Key achievements and responsibilities included hardware and software repairs, security and surveillance systems maintenance, developing e-commerce websites, managing online advertising campaigns, and implementing business automation software.

در طول خدمت سربازی، به عنوان سرباز واحد اداری(نیروی انسانی) فعالیت داشتم و بیشتر با فعالیت‌های سازمانی و اداری آشنا شدم و همچنین فعالیت‌های مختصری در زمینه‌ی زیرساخت و شبکه‌ی سازمان خدمتی انجام دادم. Served my compulsory military service within the administrative and human resources unit. This period expanded my knowledge of organizational and administrative operations, alongside handling minor network administration and infrastructure tasks for the service base.

۱۳۹۷ - ۱۳۹۸ 2018 - 2019

توسعه‌ی وبسایت آموزشنامه آزاد Developing an Open Educational Wiki

اکسینش Oxynesh

مدتی بود که ایده‌ی توسعه‌ی یک وبسایت آموزشی مخاطب محور را داشتم. به این معنی که مخاطبین دانسته هایشان را بصورت مطالب آموزشی منتشر کنند و در ادامه، دیگران نیز بتوانند مطالب منتشر شده را مطالعه و ویرایش کنند. چیزی شبیه به «ویکی‌پدیا» ولی با محوریت مطالب آموزشی. در نهایت این ایده با نام «اکسینش» توسعه داده شد و پس از مدتی فعالیت، به علت مشکلات جذب کاربر جدید، مجبور به تعطیلی آن شدم. Conceived and developed a crowd-sourced educational website where users could publish their knowledge as tutorials and others could collaboratively read and edit them—similar to Wikipedia but focused strictly on tutorials. This idea was launched under the name "Oxinesh". However, after some time, we had to close it down due to challenges in user acquisition.

بنده در طول تحصیل در دوره‌ی کاردانی این فرصت را به دست آوردم که مدتی در واحد آموزش دانشگاه فعالیت کنم که تجربه‌ی خوبی پیرامون فعالیت در کارهای اداری و بطور خاص، فعالیت‌های آموزشی و دانشگاهی بود. During my Associate's degree, I had the opportunity to work as a student assistant in the university's academic affairs office. This provided a solid introduction to administrative operations, academic processes, and university workflows.

پیاده‌سازی پیامرسان غیرمتمرکز Matrix Implementing Matrix Decentralized Messenger

اسفند ۱۴۰۴ March 2026

در طول جنگ ۴۰ روزه که در اسفند ۱۴۰۴ شروع شد، پس از قطعی مجدد اینترنت بین‌الملل و احتمال قطعی مجدد پیامرسان‌های داخلی به مانند اعتراضات دی ماه و سانسور شدید اخبار، نیاز به یک نرم‌افزار پیامرسان مستقل به منظور ارتباط پایدارتر با اطرافیانم و انتقال آخرین اخبار به آن‌ها را احساس کردم و به همین منظور، چند روز پس از قطعی اینترنت، اقدام به راه‌اندازی سرویس Matrix کردم. During the 40-day conflict that began in early 2026, following international internet shutdowns and the potential blockages of national messaging apps (similar to previous civil unrest and severe news censorship), I felt the need for an independent messaging system to maintain reliable communication with my network and share updates. Consequently, a few days after the internet shutdown, I deployed a private Matrix server.

راه‌اندازی Personal VPN Service Setting Up Personal VPN Service

فروردین ۱۴۰۱ April 2022

پس از سال‌ها استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای VPN رایگان، به علت ورود به حوزه‌ی رمزارز و حساسیت صرافی‌های رمزارز خارج از کشور به آدرس IP کاربرانشان، اقدام به راه‌اندازی سرویس شخصی VPN کردم. روندی که در چند ماه پس از آغاز، با شروع اعتراضات در سال ۱۴۰۱ و افزایش محدودیت‌ها بر اینترنت مجبور به توسعه و بهبودش شدم و این فرایند تا به امروز نیز ادامه دارد. همین زیرساخت به من کمک کرد که در دوران قطعی اینترنت در جنگ ۴۰ روزه نیز همچنان به اینترنت بین الملل متصل بمانم. After years of relying on free VPNs, entering the cryptocurrency market and facing strict IP sensitivity from foreign exchanges prompted me to set up a private, dedicated VPN server. Following the autumn 2022 protests in Iran and the subsequent surge in censorship, I continuously optimized and scaled this infrastructure. This robust setup eventually helped me stay connected to the global internet even during the major internet shutdowns of the 2026 conflict.

حضور داوطلبانه در طرح غربالگری خانه به خانه‌ی کرونا Volunteering in COVID-19 House-to-House Screening

پس از شیوع ویروس کرونا در سال ۱۳۹۸ در کشور، در سال ۱۳۹۹ طرحی به منظور غربالگری خانه به خانه‌ی مبتلایان در کشور آغاز شد که بنده نیز به عنوان عضو کوچکی از گروه داوطلبین، در طول مدت اجرای این طرح مشغول به خدمت‌رسانی بودیم. Following the COVID-19 outbreak in late 2019, a national house-to-house screening initiative was launched in late 2020. I volunteered as a humble member of the local response team to support public health efforts during the crisis.

کسب مقام نایب‌قهرمانی در مسابقات ایده‌ی برتر کارآفرینی دانشگاه ملی آستانه‌‌اشرفیه Runner-up at the Entrepreneurship Best Idea Competition

این مسابقات به منظور تشویق دانشجویان به ارائه‌ی ایده‌های جدید تجاری و نوشتن بیزینس‌پلن و طریقه‌ی برخورد با مشکلات احتمالی کسب و کار برگزار شد. در پایان گروهی که بنده در آن حضور داشتم، با ایده‌ی «نرم‌افزار اطلاعات گردشگری و تورلیدر آنلاین» موفق به کسب نایب‌قهرمانی در این دور از مسابقات شد. This competition aimed to encourage students to present new business ideas, develop comprehensive business plans, and navigate potential market challenges. Ultimately, my team won second place with our proposal for a "Digital Tour Guide and Travel Information App" at Astaneh-ye Ashrafiyeh State University.

کسب مقام قهرمانی در مسابقات ACM دانشگاه ملی آستانه‌‌اشرفیه و لاهیجان First Place in the ACM Programming Competition

دی ۱۳۹۷ January 2019

پس از پیگیری‌های مدیرگروه محترم رشته‌ی کامپیوتر دانشگاه دولتی آستانه‌اشرفیه، اولین دوره‌ی مسابقات ACM(مسابقات برنامه‌نویسی دانشجویی) در این دانشگاه برگزار شد. مسابقات به صورت تیم‌هایی از دانشگاه‌های ملی آستانه و لاهیجان برگزار شد و در پایان, گروهی که بنده در آن حضور داشتم، موفق به کسب مقام قهرمانی در این دور از مسابقات شد. Organized through the efforts of the Computer Science Department at Astaneh-ye Ashrafiyeh State University, the inaugural ACM student programming contest took place with teams competing from both Astaneh and Lahijan campuses. My team succeeded in winning first place in this tournament.

حضور داوطلبانه در بازسازی مسکن‌های مناطق زلزله زده‌ی کرمانشاه Volunteering for Earthquake Reconstruction in Kermanshah

فروردین ۱۳۹۷ April 2018

پس از وقوع زلزله‌ی کرمانشاه در آبان سال ۱۳۹۶، بنده به همراهی گروهی از دانشجویان در تعطیلات عید سال ۱۳۹۷ به منظور کمک به بازسازی مسکن‌های آسیب‌دیده‌ی اهالی این منطقه از کشورمان راهی کرمانشاه شدیم تا کمکی هرچند کوچک، به بازگشت این مردم به شرایط عادی زندگی کرده باشیم. Following the severe earthquake in Kermanshah in November 2017, I joined a student volunteer group during the spring holidays of 2018. We traveled to the affected region to help reconstruct damaged housing and support families in returning to normal life.

شخصی‌سازی و فارسی سازی محیط نرم‌افزار مدیریت محتوای بلودیت در بخش کاربر(قالب Koh Terminal) و بخش ادمین و تطابق ظاهری هر دو بخش. Customization and Persianization of the Bludit content management system, aligning the user theme (Koh Terminal) with the admin panel layout.
